MAKHACHKALA, July 20 – RIA "Dagestan". Dagestani athlete Omar Musaev has won gold at the ITTF World Para Future Nakhon Ratchasima-2026 international table tennis tournament for athletes with musculoskeletal impairments.
Held in Thailand, the event featured over 260 competitors from 37 countries. Musaev, a trainee at Makhachkala Sports Adaptive School, claimed victory in the mixed doubles XD22 class alongside partner Victoria Minaeva.
This success secures their place on the Russian national team for the upcoming World Table Tennis Championships for athletes with disabilities.
