MAKHACHKALA, March 16 – RIA Dagestan. Comprehensive federal-level cadastral work has commenced in Dagestan. A meeting to discuss its implementation was held under the chairmanship of vice-premier Zaur Eminov. The Republican Ministry of Property and Land Relations serves as the authorized body coordinating these activities, with participation from representatives of 27 municipal entities where clarification of real estate boundaries has already begun.
Participants discussed the establishment of conciliation commissions and the readiness of territories for the work. The Federal State Unitary Enterprise Roskadastr is the executive contractor for the project.
At present, Dagestan is among the national leaders in conducting comprehensive cadastral operations. The region was the first in Russia to actively implement unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and modern digital technologies, which significantly enhances the accuracy and efficiency of cadastral procedures. Additionally, comprehensive cadastral work at the regional level is scheduled to begin in Dagestan in April 2026.
